This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Form submissions are delivered to us by an email service provider and the site runs on Google Cloud. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security commitments. Where a transaction requires it, information is shared with Luxmore Realty and with the professionals you engage (for example a lawyer or notary). We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our relationship with you. Records connected to a real estate transaction are retained for the periods required by British Columbia real estate regulation.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can opt out of any follow-up communication at any time by replying to the message or contacting us using the details below.

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and protected against automated abuse, and access to inquiries is limited to the Birchwood team. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents through the website; we will tell you how to provide them safely.
